This team will ensure quality of service, quality of deliverables/product, through the process of continuous measuring the quality of all activities and taking corrective action until the desired quality is achieved. Furthermore, this team will play key role to establish standards, and determine the steps to achieving and confirming to those standards via period functional and process audits. The goal is to lower the risk of product failure and aim at higher customer satisfaction.
By aligning to ‘Quality Assurance’ best practices and standard, via audits, quality checks, the process will facilitate evidence to the stakeholders that all quality-related activities are being done as defined and agreed. Read on to understand what we build/do Become a DataWeaver
