What are the different ways I can log in?

You can sign in using any of the following methods:

1) Email and Password: Use your registered email address and password on the login screen. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Reset Password link to receive instructions via email.

2) Login with Google: Sign in using your Google credentials.

3) Single Sign-On (SSO): If your organization uses SSO, click the SSO Login button, enter your work email, and follow the prompts to authenticate via your company’s login system.

Choose the method that applies to your setup. If you're unsure which one to use, reach out to your administrator or DataWeave support.

Why do I keep getting logged out after 15 minutes?

For security reasons, DataWeave automatically logs out any session that has been inactive for 15 minutes. This helps protect your account in case you leave your device unattended.

How do I reset my password?

If you're logged in, click your profile icon at the bottom left corner of the screen and select the Reset Password option from the menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password. If you're logged out, click Forgot Password? on the login page and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive an email with a link and step-by-step instructions to reset your password.

I entered the wrong password too many times and can’t log in. What should I do?

DataWeave allows up to five login attempts before temporarily locking your account. After each failed attempt, a message will indicate how many attempts remain. Once all attempts are exhausted, you’ll be redirected to the Reset Password page. Enter your registered email address, and if it's recognized in the system, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password. Once the reset is complete, return to the login page and sign in with your updated credentials.

What should I do if my account is locked?

If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password using the Forgot/Reset Password option. If the issue persists, contact your administrator or DataWeave support.

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see the email after a few minutes, ensure you entered the correct email address. If the issue persists, contact your administrator or DataWeave support.

Can I stay logged in for longer than 15 minutes?

Currently, sessions automatically expire after 15 minutes of inactivity and cannot be extended. We recommend saving your work regularly to avoid data loss.

Do I need to change my password regularly?

Yes, for security reasons, you’ll be required to reset your password every 90 days. You’ll be prompted to update it at the time of login when the reset is due.
