How long does a typical migration take?

For a single product line (e.g., Pricing Intelligence) a parallel pilot can be live in 2 to 4 weeks; a full enterprise migration covering multiple Wiser modules typically completes within 8 to 12 weeks, including the parallel-running period. We size each engagement to your contract end date so there’s no double-billing window.

Will my retailer coverage match what I had with Wiser?

DataWeave covers the major global retailers and marketplaces and most regional players. We’ll do a coverage audit against your specific list during the discovery call. If a retailer you depend on isn’t currently in our active coverage, we’ll tell you upfront and quote what it would take to add it, usually a 2 to 4 week build-out.

How does pricing compare to Wiser?

It depends on the scope. For like-for-like deployments most Wiser customers see comparable or modestly lower TCO, especially when they’re already paying for modules they don’t fully use. We’ll always quote a written, scope-locked proposal, not a moving target.

Are you SOC 2 compliant? GDPR? Single sign-on?

Yes to all three, plus role-based access controls, IP allow-listing, and audit logs. Our security team can run through a vendor questionnaire on the discovery call or asynchronously, whichever your procurement process prefers.

Can I keep using Wiser in parallel for a while?
