Responsibilities:

  • Someone who likes to work hands-on and be self-directed in a fast-paced environment that gives you freedom and responsibility.
  • Would be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the modules in the engineering system.
  • An advocate focused on providing advanced support and taking care of escalated issues and product expertise to our internal customers.
  • Someone who is responsible for managing the activities related to product support for the organization.
  • Build a deep understanding of the domain within the team.
  • Duplicating and troubleshooting product and technical issues faced by clients, internal customers
  • Developing in-depth product expertise in order to provide solutions for product issues
  • Responsible entity for defining testing strategies to ensure that applications meet customer requirements - are stable, reliable, and production-ready.
  • Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
  • Work on automation to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Actively participates in initiatives to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience level of 4-6 years in Product Support/ Technical Support /Test engineering with excellent analytical and logical thinking.
  • Excellent Problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience being a Subject Matter Expert in multiple products you have worked on.
  • Strong understanding of the different products which you have worked on and ability to navigate through the code /logs to debug.
  • Assist your teammates in driving long-running tickets in your areas of expertise to resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in an SDET or QAE role
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results
  • Experience interacting with virtual teams in an onsite/offshore test execution model
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Databases, preferably Postgres, MySQL, Familiarity with MongoDB a plus
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience in software/support and services
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Solid grasp of the web and social media
