Job Responsibilities:

  • Enabling DataWeave’s Sales & Marketing teams, globally, to be deeply nos. driven in goal setting, assessments and decision making
  • Align with the leadership on key metrics and set performance targets & metrics for Sales & Marketing teams globally
  • Manage day-to-day operations of your team including: maintaining an accurate quarterly sales forecast, account management forecast, revenue forecast etc.
  • Design and maintenance of sales reports and dashboards summarizing key metrics
  • Own the management of the business review cadences weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Ensure availability of relevant bookings, pipeline & forecast reports and dashboards to leadership
  • Own the Sales & Marketing Tech Stack including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and formulate plans for optimal adoption and usage
  • Facilitate resolution of cross-functional operational process challenges
  • Design and optimization of sales incentive/commission process and framework
  • Review billing reports, service delivery reports and work closely with finance team to transition sales numbers to finance
  • Support the strategic planning process by providing business insights to the leadership. Helping create the annual plan and leading the execution of key projects
  • Supporting leadership in assigning sales quotas, NRR base allocation, revenue forecasting, headcount planning, OKR planning and on-going tracking
  • Share best practices across teams to enhance team performance and contribute to knowledge base


  • 8+ years of experience in sales/sales strategy & operations, marketing operations
  • Deep understanding of sales tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outbound calling tools etc.
  • Comfortable with connecting, making sense and deriving insights from large datasets
  • Ability to develop an inside-out and outside-in view co-relating market insights to company performance
  • Expert in excel, data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc)
  • Advanced understanding of sales processes – lead generation, nurture to qualification, qualified lead to opportunity, closure etc.
  • Advanced understanding of sales performance metrics – leading and lagging indicators
  • Advanced understanding of lead generation process and tools
