Demand Gen thru Email Marketing

(must have/ core responsibility)
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through robust inbound & outbound email campaigns.Leverage intent-data to understand where accounts are in their buying cycle.
  • Own and manage the email marketing program, including process ownership and optimization, lead database hygiene, campaign implementation, and reporting, with the goal of driving more marketing qualified leads
  • End to end responsibility to manage appropriate marketing automation tools as well as the target databases to optimize outreach capabilities through data set cleansing, standardization and expansion
  • Establish and implement Account-Based Marketing strategies across prospects and existing customers
  • Nurturing website traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads via e-mail campaigns before handover to sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign landing pages and optimize user experience to increase traffic to leads
  • Leverage all content produced within marketing as well as provide inputs for future content

Other responsibilities

  • Knowledge of running Google & LinkedIn ads, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Identify, recruit & manage 3rd party lead generation vendors as needed
  • Experience managing & utilizing events to generate leads
  • Understanding of SEO will be a plus

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experienced in building multichannel demand generation and ABM strategies that fuel industry-leading new business growth
  • Skilled at using Hubspot, Active Campaign, Get Response & such tools
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation tools to optimize the overall marketing funnel to deliver marketing-qualified leads
  • Ability to track, report and analyse trends & solutions for roadblocks
  • Understanding of Retail/ Consumer Brands industry a big plus


  • 8 – 12 years of experience with B2B marketing executing high-volume digital and demand generation programs through rapid growth.
  • Post-graduation degree in marketing, preferably an MBA
  • Willing to travel to customer locations once in a while
  • Open to late evening/ early morning calls with teams in India & US

  • # of qualified leads generated from outbound email campaigns
  • # of qualified leads from inbound/ web form fills
  • Conversion rates for qualified leads to opportunities
  • Engagement with appropriate content
  • Coverage & success across key focus markets
