Content Marketing Manager

As an Enterprise SaaS player – content plays the critical role in driving all Go to Market strategies – Marketing Outreaches, Sales Flows, PR, SEO, Websites etc.

Content Marketing Manager at DataWeave shall in close alignment with marketing, sales, product, leadership, hr teams to drive – and

create a consistent Brand Identity.

This is a great role for content managers to grow into content leaders at soon to be unicorn Enterprise SaaS company.

What you shall be working on:

  • Understanding domain of competitive intelligence for Retails and Digital Shelf Analytics for Brands.
  • Define annual content strategy for DataWeave in consultations with marketing, sales, product, leadership, hr teams to drive – including targets, budgeting, resourcing etc.
  • Define a consistent Brand Identity and ensure that DataWeave-wide content has one singular voice.
  • Hire content writers and engage freelancers and agencies as required.
  • Work closely with internal and external graphic designers for powering well designed visual content • Understand the right keywords to power the SEO
  • Manage Existing Content:
  • o Blogs, Webinars, Videos, White Papers, Reports etc.
  • o Sales collaterals – Decks, One Pagers, Case Studies etc.
  • o Refine and update existing content as needed
  • o Continuously Repurpose content for complimenting marketing and sales activities
  • Marketing support:
    • Create content calendar based on sales and marketing priorities
    • Work with Business Analysts, CSMs, Product Managers for new content ideas
    • Ensure high quality content for generating content for driving all MQL channels – social media, email campaigns, Webinars
    • Help with copies for PR, Website, Media communication etc
  • Sales support:
  • o Ensure that ISRs and Sales team’s have the right content to power their sales campaigns and monthly cohort reach outs
  • o Help Sales teams with Pitch decks, one pager, Case studies, snippets etc. and other collaterals to drive Sales
  • Manage day-to-day activity of the Content team effectively
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics

What we are looking for:

  • 10-15 years of Content Marketing and Content Writing role at a mid to large org.
  • Full understanding of all aspects of Content Marketing role
  • Creativity - Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
  • Leadership - Experience of managing team of content writers, agencies, freelancers and other stakeholders
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices

Good To have:

  • Experience in Data lead SaaS company
  • US / International focused content experience
  • Bengaluru based
  • Experience in Retail / Ecommerce / Consumer Brand related content
